KORONET SG3 (4Si1) PREMIUM PLUS welding wire is a high-quality non-copper wire made of silicon-manganese steel, designed for MAG (135) welding.
Designed for welding unalloyed and low carbon steels, it provides a stable arc, very clean melting and minimal spatter.
With no copper coating and precise layered winding , the wire has excellent in-holder feeding, longer tip life, and less wear on consumables.
Ideal for industrial, automatic and semi-automatic applications, as well as for workshop and overhaul work.

Clean the welded surface of oxides, rust and oil.
Use a suitable shielding gas (CO₂ or Ar+CO₂ mixtures).
Adjust the parameters (current, voltage, feed) to the thickness of the material.
Avoid overheating the weld.
Store the wire in a dry place, protecting it from moisture.
