HMHartmetall (German) = carbide tipped. The saw teeth have carbide tips, which provides extreme resistance to wear and chipping.

Titan is the trade name of the Röntgen series. It symbolizes the highest strength and durability among band saws.

B – stands for a special blade geometry dedicated to hardened steels and very hard materials. This is a variant in which the teeth are more „massive” and prepared for high loads.

0 (zero) – indicates a geometry intended for cutting hardened and induction hardened materials, where standard geometries do not work.
„Zero” means no compromise – a saw for extreme applications.

Product Description

HM-Titan B0 is a specialized carbide-tipped saw band designed for cutting hardened steels and materials with very high hardness (above 50 HRC). Thanks to its unique tooth geometry and extremely robust carbide tips, the B0 can handle where classic bimetal saws or universal HM variants are not enough.
