Band saw dispenser working principle
The opening is done automatically, by setting the number of cycles for opening the band saw on the digital display, which clamps the jaws on the saw. The teeth are drilled by carbide plates placed oppositely. The employee can easily set the desired opening size, and by setting the pusher in the right place, open the teeth straight/left/right.
Thanks to the use of cuboid-shaped carbide inserts, we can
set the desired opening size very precisely. In addition, carbide inserts ensure repeatability of opening thanks to their abrasion resistance. The end of the follower is also made of cemented carbide.
