Band Saw Reamer – Manual

The band saw reamer is designed to open the teeth of band saws quickly and easily.

The opening of the teeth is done manually by pressing the lever, and when performing the opposite movement, the saw is moved to the next teeth.

Depending on the type of saw, we set the method and size of the opening, e.g. in sawmill saws, we set the arrangement of one straight tooth and two open teeth. In such a cycle, the detacher simultaneously opens two teeth and lets one through.
