The Koronet DIN 376 B M16 HSSE TiCN machine tap is a precision tool designed for internal threading in structural steels, low-alloy steels and medium and high-strength materials. Made of high-speed cobalt steel HSSE and coated with TiCN coating, it provides high wear resistance, stable operation and long service life under production conditions.
The tap is made of high-quality high-speed cobalt steel HSSE, which is characterized by:
high resistance to torsional loads,
increased hardness at elevated temperatures,
better abrasion resistance compared to classic HSS steel.
This ensures a stable and repeatable threading process in both series production and workshop applications.
Advanced TiCN (titanium carbonitride) coating guarantees:
much higher wear resistance than TiN coating,
