Purpose of the machine
The sharpener is a stationary device designed for accurate sharpening of band saws (wet) with a 203 mm diameter borazon grinding wheel. It allows sharpening band saws with a pitch of 22.2 mm. The angle of attack can be adjusted in the range of 9 ÷ 12°. The machine is designed for sharpening saws in the range of widths of 32 ÷ 60 mm and a maximum length of 6000 mm. A sharpener is a semi-automatic device that allows you to program the number of sharpening cycles and a certain number of teeth. Putting on and taking off the band saw is done manually.
